APS City Hall is a full city hall for ESX, QBCore, and Qbox, played on a Windows 7-style computer. Players talk to the clerk, sit down at the PC, and use a real desktop — taskbar, start menu, windows, and a welcome screen — to handle their business with the city.
Every service is its own app, and every app can be turned off. Prices, texts, jobs, and database table names are all in the config. The config, bridge, locales, and SQL stay open when the resource is escrowed.
City services
- License Center. Timed theory tests with question pools, fees, cooldowns, and partial refunds. Passed licenses sync to esx_license, Buty-license, or QBCore / Qbox metadata.
- Document Office. ID cards, permits, and badges as inventory items, with expiry, job locks, and a photo taken on the monitor webcam. License cards are issued here after the theory test.
- Vehicle Insurance. Price from the vehicle's value and category, with plans players can renew.
- Bills & Fines. Invoices and tickets with due dates, paid at the PC. Other scripts send them through one export, and esx_billing can be taken over when it is not running.
- Vehicle Registry. The player's vehicles, with plate, garage, insurance, and a VIN.
- Business Register. A public company directory. Owners manage permits, employees, and business vehicles. New registrations can wait for government approval.
- Job Center. Walk-in jobs, or applications with a resume that the boss reviews on the PC. Hiring works while the applicant is offline.
- Finances. Personal taxes, monthly business taxes, and optional vehicle and property tax. Late fees and auto-collect are configurable. Payments go into a city treasury that staff can pay out to departments.
- Paychecks (off by default). Salaries wait at City Hall and are taxed on collection. Needs a short edit in the framework paycheck file.
For staff
- Government Portal. Clerks, inspectors, and the mayor sign in by job, by password, or both. Roles decide who can review businesses, inspect them, look up citizens, and manage licenses, documents, bills, and taxes. Every action is logged.
- Suspensions and penalty points. Traffic tickets add points. Hit the limit and the license is suspended or revoked, then restored on a timer.
- VIN check. A 17-character VIN on every owned vehicle, with a command for police to check the nearest car.
The computer
- Aero glass windows, snap, a taskbar, start menu with search, right-click menus, gadgets, a screensaver, and per-player wallpaper and colours.
- Built-in apps: Internet with city websites, File Explorer, Writer, Spreadsheet, Paint, Photo Viewer, Media Player, Command Prompt, Calculator, Notepad, and Control Panel. Files stay on the player's PC.
- Three mini-games with server leaderboards and a timing check: Paperwork Tower, Queue Rush, and Typing Test.
- Hidden Command Prompt commands for criminal roleplay. They need an item, they can fail, and a failed attempt can be reported to the government.
Phone
A read-only City Hall app, notifications, and mail. Players can see bills and expiring documents and set a waypoint, but they still have to visit City Hall to pay or order anything.
Built in for sd-phone, LB Phone, 17Movement Phone, YSeries, qs-smartphone-pro, GKSPhone, and qb-phone. Any other phone connects through a custom config. The PC has a Mail app for the player's phone inbox.
